"Residents and local people are invited to give their views on a major redevelopment of Myatt's Field North. The £114 million development will transform the area providing hundreds of new affordable homes for sale and for rent, a safer environment, new streets, green spaces and community facilities. There will be a landscaped park, a new community centre, a local store and much more. But residents and local people are at the heart of these plans and we want to continue to listen.

We will be asking local people:

* what the new homes should look like
* the design of the community centre
* what the landscape and street should look like
* what play facilities and art should be in the park and play area

Regenter Myatt's Field North Consortium has won the bid to deliver this project and they are planning consultation events over the next 12 months. The next event is a drop-in session on Thursday 25 February at 4pm to 8pm at 46 Foxley Square, London SW9 7RY.

For more information please contact Jacqui Henry, PFI Project Support Officer, on 020 7926 8315 at jhenry@lambeth.gov.uk or visit the Myatt's Field redevelopment webpage."
