Lambeth votes yes to electoral reform

Lambeth was one of 10 areas across the UK that voted in favour of electoral reform in the AV referendum on Thursday 5 May 2011.

Along with areas such as Southwark, Islington, Camden, Haringey and Hackney in London and Oxford,
Cambridge, Glasgow Kelvin and Edinburgh Central in the rest of the UK Lambeth voted in favour of electoral reform: 55% of voters in the borough voted Yes to AV. Nationally almost 68% of people voted No to AV.
