As part of an invite sent to resident, the housing association said:
Lambeth and Southwark HA is a housing association, providing affordable homes and services in the south London boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. We are proud of our heritage which goes back 90 years. Currently we have over 300 homes ranging in size from single people’s flats to large family houses and almshouse properties. We are a non-profit making association, and surpluses are ploughed back into providing future homes.
We are working towards providing more affordable homes in Lambeth and have identified this garage site as one with potential to provide another four new homes to help towards meeting the needs of four more households in need.
