Review of the Lambeth Local Plan: Give your views to the council

Lambeth council is asking for resident's views as part of a review it is conducting into the borough's Local Plan.

The Local Plan, the most recent of which Lambeth drew up in 2015, sets out the borough's vision for how it can develop to improve opportunities for local people. It sets out Lambeth's planning policies, approach to housing, business development and other key policy areas.

The Plan is being reviewed folowing changes to national planning and policy law, although the opportunity is also being taken to look at other aspects, including how the council addresses poor qir quality.
Cllr Paul McGlone, Deputy Leader of Lambeth Council, said:

"The Local Plan Review is important as it could affect everyone living, working and studying in – as well as visiting - Lambeth and that's why it’s important for people to get involved and have their say in the councils current Consultation process."
